Children's Activities

there are several activities for our children.

All Year:

Sunday School- Takes place every Sunday morning from 9:30-10:30, and during the second part of the Worship service (10:30-11:30) for children under 5 years old. See education pages for more details.

Hugs Club- a service project for our children.  Once each month, kids of all ages through 5th grade meet at Oakmont Nursing Home to share God's love with the residents in a number of ways.

School Year:

Wednesday Night Live (WNL)- A mid-week educational program for all ages. Wednesday night, 6:30-7:30. See Education pages for more details.  

Choirs- provided for children: the Cherub Choir for 2–, 3–, and 4–year olds; the Mission Friends Choir for our lively and 5–year olds; and the Joyful Noise Choir for 1st through 5th graders.  The choirs rehearse on Wednesday evenings starting at 5:30.

Summer:

Vacation Bible School- held for one week each summer.  It ends with a picnic, and fun and games for all participants.

Trinity Troopers- a summer club for elementary school age children.  Twice each month we don our special design tee shirts and head out for a fun-filled day trip.  The summer events conclude with a lock-in to remember.

Seasonal:

Children's Offering Projects- during the year allow children to participate in giving to support specific missions that are supported by the church.

The Christmas Play- is an anticipated annual event when out talented children are provided an opportunity to display their many abilities to assembled friends and families.  The Christmas Play is followed by the lighting of the Yule Log and singing Christmas Carols.
