Trinity Women - There’s a Place for You!

There are so many exciting things planned for Trinity’s Presbyterian Women that you’re sure to find a place to serve and to share Christ’s love with other women.

We now have four circles which will meet once a month for Bible study and discussion:

Miriam Circle: 4th Sunday of month- Kristen Mullis, Leader – Meets at Trinity at 4 p.m. or in a member’s home. Check with Laura in the church office for an update.

Naomi Circle: 4th Monday of the month- Esther King, Leader- Meets at different members’ homes at 7:00 p.m.

Mary Martha Circle: 4th Tuesday of the month: Nancy Simonton, Leader- Meets at Trinity at 10:00 a.m.

Babysitting is available upon request. Please call Laura in the church office at (864) 834-9897.

Presbyterian Women also have three at large gatherings during the year. The Thank Offering during the fall, the Advent Breakfast during December, and the Birthday offering in the spring.

Not “into” Circle meetings? Can’t work a monthly meeting into your schedule? That’s okay! There are many other opportunities that you can take part in – on a one time basis or as often as you can - at a group get together or in the comfort of your home.

All during the year, we’ll participate in both short and long term mission projects in which we’ll share Christ’s love with others.

For example we will:

· make lap robes for nursing home residents and fleece capes

· bake goodies for shut-in baskets

· collect Stamps For Missions in the Congo

· collect Campbell’s soup labels and labels from cereal boxes to help fund needed school items at Thornwell children’s home

· collect needed items to send to Thornwell Children’s home

· have a prayer shawl ministry to comfort those in need

· conduct coat drives, donate food, and help with fuel vouchers for The North Greenville Food Crisis Ministry

· help Trinity youth with mission trips and projects

· Throughout the year, we’ll be joining women from all over the world as we participate in the Fellowship of the Least Coin – come find out what this is all about!

If you have a transportation problem for any of our activities, let us know – we’ll come get you!
