Praise the Lord!  Sing a new song ... Let them praise His name with dancing, making melody to Him with timbrel and with lyre!            Psalm 149:1-3

Music is an integral part of the worship experience at Trinity.  Trinity is blessed with abundant musical talent throughout the congregation, including children, youth, and adults.

Mr. Don Shabkie, our Organist/Choirmaster, is a professional musician and composer and often uses original arrangements and compositions.  As a result, Trinity has earned a reputation for the high quality of its music program that has prominence in, but remains subservient to, the worship service. Read more about Mr. Shabkie on his website: www.donaldshabkie.com .

The Chancel Choir and the Bell Choir perform regularly at our worship services.  On special occasions, other outstanding local musicians also participate.  The Children's Choir and Cherub Choir also perform on special occasions.

Dr. Les Hicken, Furman University Music Professor and Director of the Furman University Bands, is an active member at Trinity.  He has conducted at many of  the five services each year that use large ensembles composed mostly of brass and strings.  Lisa Barksdale, Adjunct Professor of Voice at Furman University, is an active member at Trinity, sings in the Trinity Chancel Choir, and often conducts the choir.

In 1999, a magnificent 3-manual Rogers 960-D organ with MIDI accessory was installed in the sanctuary.
